Our entire TEAM will work together to provide support for each member and ensure they get the life-changing results they are after! Future promotional opportunities will be available to those who demonstrate excellence and leadership capabilities Candidate Requirements Ability to consistently generate new club memberships through contacting leads generated through marketing activities, generating referral leads from current membership base, and through engaging club tours for walk-ins. Ability to quickly identify potential member’s needs and use solution-selling techniques to build value in our club’s amenities and services to the member and close the sale. Ability to thrive in a competitive sales position while maintaining a cohesive team environment. Ability to meet challenging monthly quotas and demonstrate production excellence within 30 days of starting.
