This mid-to-senior-level role will focus on campaign management, social media strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize marketing performance.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, coachable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong balance of creativity, analytical skills, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and email marketing to drive business growth.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Gather and analyze data on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to refine marketing strategies.
• Social Media Management: Develop and execute content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok to drive engagement and leads.
• Content Creation: Assist in content marketing efforts, including website content, blogs, social media, and email marketing assets.
• Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking: Implement marketing initiatives, track performance metrics, and analyze data to optimize ROI.
• Event Planning & Coordination: Assist with planning and executing marketing events, ensuring maximum engagement and seamless execution.
• Reporting & Presentation: Create detailed performance reports, delivering insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, creative, and product teams to drive cohesive marketing efforts.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, task management, and CRM tools.
• Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads) is required for Manager level and preferred for Associate level.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma for content creation.
• Basic to advanced SEO knowledge for social media and advertising.
• Strong strategic thinking, ability to interpret data and optimize marketing performance.
• Experience in copywriting, design, and video editing is a plus.
• Strong project management skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
